Lister is the current editor of the BoW newsletter. BoW was founded in 1992 as a response to the stagnation that was occuring within the "hacking" scene at the time.

Here's the low-down on the zine (as taken from the intro):

BoW Magazine is an electronic magazine published whenever we feel like it,

specializing in Computer Deviancy, Software Piracy, Computer Insecurity,

Telecommunications Fraud, and other nasty things. The longdistance carriers
